How does it work?

Evi’s cards are totally unique and 100% handmade from original designs by Evi. By bringing back the style of telegrams you can send a special, personal message to your friends and family. Visit the “How it works” page to see easy to follow steps for creating your very own Butterflygram – a unique gift your recipient will want to treasure for ever!

Can I send more than one card?

We’d love you to share love and personal messages with all your friends and family by sending Butterflygrams. However, while we are growing our online store features, we request that you only personalise ONE card per order. That way we can be sure we are sending the right card and your message to the right recipient. We hope to update our site to allow for multiple purchases within one order in the future. If you create an account with me, I can update you with new designs and special offers.

How do I personalise my card?

Firstly, select the Butterflygram you want to send. On the page showing details of that Butterflygram you will see some fields where you can enter a number (for numbered Butterflygrams) or a letter (for lettered Butterflygrams), the recipients name and a box allowing you to enter your personal message.

Enter all your information, taking care to check spelling and that your message is exactly what you want to say.

Can I send a Butterflygram to family and friends around the world?

Absolutely! I offer the service to send your special message to loved ones all around the world. Europe delivery is an additional £1.00 and International an additional £2.00, this is added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We will always aim to start processing your order within 12hours of receiving it and aim to have your Butterflygram ready to post within 24hours. The below table should help to give you a gauge of how long before your recipient will receive your Butterflygram from the time we receive your order.

PLEASE NOTE – we cannot guarantee a specific date delivery and will post orders received over the weekend on the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Why should I create an account with you?

Creating a free account with us means that you can more quickly send unique and personal messages to your loved one’s time and time again.

Also, you can be amongst the first to know when we have released new designs and receive exclusive special offers and news of Evi’s work. As you would expect we take your personal data very seriously, so you can read about our Privacy Policy or opt out and remove your contact details at any time.

What if I want a card for a specific date?

We do not currently offer a guaranteed delivery date, but if there is a special occasion you have in mind, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will do our very best to help. The more time you give us to create and send your special message the better!

How much is postage?

All our Butterflygrams are priced with UK postage included. Europe delivery is an additional £1.00 and International an additional £2.00 this is added at checkout.

Can I have a blank card and write my own message?

For the moment, Evi's Butterflygrams are designed to help you send a personal message to a loved one. At this time when spending time with loved ones is hard it’s really important to stay in touch.

However, over the coming months Evi will be increasing her range and designs. She has lots of exciting ideas including packs of cards for various occasions. Why not sign up and receive updates?

What happens if my recipient doesn’t get their card?

In the unusual event that your recipient does not receive your card, please contact us so that we can help.
